Rates
Document Examination $200.00 per hour plus expenses. Examination will begin upon receipt of a $800.00 retainer applied to the first 4 hours of examination. A written report is included. Additional examination time will be billed at the hourly rate.

Court Appearance/Testimony
$1600.00 per day or any part of the day, payable in advance. Additional expenses include transportation, lodging, etc. This fee also applies to depositions, arbitrations, and hearings, etc.
Court Exhibits
$100.00 per hour plus materials, e.g. photographic/reproduction costs, etc.
